Refund Policy
All the customers are liable to comply with all sections of the Refund Policy from Nadra Card Center UK. We strongly ask our customers to please read all of our terms and policies before starting any sort of application with us.
SECTION 1: NADRAA CARD CETNER has clear REFUND POLICIES in which we provide refunds straight away if a customer is eligible for a refund with a VALID REASON.
SECTION 2: In the POLICIES where the application has been submitted to NADRA HEADQUARTERS and REJECTED for any reasons customer will be refunded with 20% Processing Fee deduction.
SECTION 3: Processing time applies after the fingerprints has been submitted.
SECTION 4: Basic supporting papers must be submitted as specified by the NADRA HEADQUARTERS in some situations, though, further paperwork is necessary. It will be applicant’s responsibility to provide them.
SECTION 5: FINGERPRINTS are part of the application process and should be submitted. Any Customer with the FINGEPRINTS PENDING status will not be eligible for a refund.
SECTION 6: NADRA HEADQUARTERS check your and your family’s record in database, they may request additional paper for verification checks based on that.
SECTION 7: If you are needed to attend an interview at the HIGH COMMISSION office, you must do so.
